Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July holidays and eating lots of BBQ and gorging themselves on potato salad and all the fixings. . . what else would you do on 4th of July? *innocent look* We're not doing a whole lot, actually. We'll probably do some bratwurst. My husband is taking the two older boys to see Transformers. I think I'll head to the store and get some hot dog buns while they are gone. If it doesn't rain, there will likely be some yard work that is done today. I need to get some design work done. Just not a whole lot going on. The weather is too yucky for too much to be happening. We're getting rain, yet again!

Creative Team Thoughts

I am starting to think that it is time to have a full Creative Team. I am not 100% certain that I want a large one. I am pretty sure I do not want to do a full blown call for a team. So here I sit trying to figure out how to get a "small" team without even doing a call. I suppose I could just got and start hand picking one by one.
